The main part for paper machine:
1. Fourdrinier part
The fourdrinier part consists of wire table rack, walking board, white water tray, forming board, dewatering foil, vacuum dewatering foil, wet suction box, water suction box, breast roller with its support and up and down device, vacuum couch roller, drive wire roller, guide wire roller etc.
2. Press part
The press section consists of one group of four rollers three press and one group of main press. It adopts gas tire pressure system. The press section is also equipped with guide roller, draw roller, stretch roller, cleaning roller, corrector, tensioner, high and low pressure water pipe, water tray, suction box, scraper and walking board. The press is a modular door frame, welded steel.
3. Dryer part
It usually uses several dryer cylinder groups with the diameter of Φ1500mm or Φ1800mm. drive: closed gear box each dryer group single drive or single gear box each dryer group multi-points drive.
When wet paper enters into dryer section, it can select different leading way and paper orientation according to PM working speed, production basis weight and pulp impurity.
4. Calender
Calender is an ideal equipment to improve the paper quality. It process in artificial aging, and has strong rigidity and machinical strength, the stablity is very good. This machine plays a key role in enhancing the smooth, glossiness and compactness of paper in order to make the paper thickness more uniform and to improve the paper outline quality.
5. Reeler part
Reeler: It can select horizontal pneumatic reeling machine or horizontal pope reeling machine according to the working speed.
This machine is the first range after paper making machine. the scroll is moved by the weight of itself and the friction of sweat cylinder, so the paper from paper machine can be spooled uniformly. It is suitable for different kinds of paper.
6. Sizing part
Sizing : adding the sizing agent to the surface of the paper and board to enhance the penetration resistance and the diffusion resistance of the aqueous solution.
It usually at the end of the drying section, so that the paper sheet is not completely dry but has certain strenth when spraying a layer of glue. The subsequent drying in the paper surface to form a layer of film.
7. Rewinding part
Rewinder: It is generally installed behind paper machine, in left or right hand type. The jumbo paper scroll will be put on the unwinding stand of rewinder, and will be rewind into paper roll meets the width and tightness requirements. The rewinder is composed by a frame, a slitting device, a unwinding stand device, a transmission device, a supporting roller device, a roll paper tightening device, a paper pushing device, an electric appliance and a hydraulic control system and so on.
